Snowy Owl in Flight

This is a watercolour painting of a Snowy Owl soaring above a snowy pine forest. It was created with Artist’s quality watercolours on special canvas, and has been satin varnished so that it is lightfast and needs no framing ( although you could choose to frame it. ) I have blurred his wingtips to give the illusion of movement. The canvas shows a lovely texture while showing off the texture of watercolour.
